WHAT YOU WILL LEARN:

How to apply proper form to your squat, bench and deadlift. How to apply the correct speed & strength to optimize your performance for a given sport. How to strengthen weaknesses by selecting the right accessory movement. We will identify movement pattern faults that are due to strength or mobility deficiencies. We program variations for the main and accessory movements. We apply the Conjugate Method to your workouts to give you a competitive advantage.
