HUM + (30 Mins)

Ready to build explosive strength? HUM + is a 30-minute Olympic lifting clinic that runs directly after our HUM-ATG sessions. Since your body is already warmed up, it is the perfect time to grab a barbell. Beginners will master the conventional deadlift form, while experienced lifters tackle cleans, push presses, and jerks. Come see why this high-energy, 22-person class is a member favorite! Prerequisite: Attendance in the preceding HUM-ATG session is highly recommended.
